Me and my husband cycle a lot and my husband takes groups of cyclists out to help them train as well. We’ve recorded important details in our biking journal. We go through a journal a year so we have a lot of improvements noted, injuries, biking companions and the locations we’ve cycled. It’s just great to have at one’s fingertips these details. I only wish we could find these journals again. Our supplier has stopped ordering them so I bought the last batch and now we have only a month’s worth of pages left before our journals will be fully.

I used this journal on my April 2017 Coast to Coast bicycle trip. Before buying it, I was concerned it would not have enough pages, but it worked out great. My trip was 52 days and I think there are 70 pages. The covers are nice and thick and prevent damage to the pages. It’s small enough to put it in a sandwich bag to protect it from the elements.
I found out if I didn’t fill it out every day, it would be hard to remember stuff from the day before. It’s a great way to record your trip, weather, who you rode with, and road conditions.
    Great value for the money.
